What happens now??
Yes, these are uncertain times and the market can’t be controlled by anyone.... its the demand and supply game...
So, the big question is that, Is there a demand for homes out there???? And the answer is “ Yes”, there are families who have sold and are actively looking for a home to move in few weeks....
This brings us to the next question, is there supply in the market??? And the answer is “yes there is”, Families who have bought and are have to move in few weeks ...
There are a number of homes that are on the market right now and there are buyers out there who are looking ot buy. These homes will be sold eventually.
We have noticed homes going off market as well because either they were over priced or the sellers are not motivated enough to sell. Thus decreasing the supply in new listings for sale…
Our listing on 57 Yale lane that was sold in 3 days over asking price.
Every precaution was taken for arranging the showings to avoid the spread of COVID 19 virus.
The only faction of the real estate market that is slow right now is the one that have not done anything yet and have been thinking... They are on the side lines and ofciurse within due course they will move ..
